The pre MBA course will give potential students a good theoretical understanding of business issues and practical skills to use in the workplace such as presentation skills, team working and independent analysis. Students will qualify with the title Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.

From the postgraduate diploma GEM also has progression agreements to progress students to University to study MBA degrees and competitive study packages.

The Pre MBA course is targeted at a mix of students with work experience, undergraduate degrees and professional qualifications. The average age of the students would be 21 years and above. An equivalent qualification might be the Diploma in Business Management or a Pre Masters course.

The duration of the course is between 6-9 months (24 weeks at 15 hours per week = 360 hours). You would need to study on top of that about 10 hours a week. The assessment methods range from 100% assignment to final exams. A pass grade at exam is 40% and assessments are marked pass, merit, distinction and fail. It is necessarily to pass each programme to obtain a full qualification.

Students will need to demonstrate equivalent IELTS level 6.0.
