Where can my Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration lead?
Students that have completed the PG Diploma open up opportunities for themselves.
They can go into employment or progress to an MBA.
By achieving a postgraduate diploma any student has the applied the following
skills: The ability to analyse, research, work together as a team, think
independently, communicate and present information verbally and numerically
at postgraduate level.
Any student would have also a very good foundation into business and commerce.
Global Education Management Ltd has also agreed with several Universities
progression pathways which are very flexible and affordable to the MBA degree.

| How to register |
|
The first step to starting a course is to register as a student.
Please email us for a student registration form. You must complete the
form and attach copies of your educational qualifications translated where
necessary to English and details of relevant work experience.
You will then have to arrange payment of a registration fee.
All courses are taught at our accreditated teaching centres. A list can
be obtained from GEM. You must write the cheques to Global Education Management
Ltd and arrange for your college to send this to us.
The registration fee is £150 UK Sterling December 2006 updated price.
Please pay by cheque or bankers draft.

| What next after registration? |
|
You have to register at the start of your course and complete the examination
entry form a month afterwards.
As soon as your registration has been processed successfully, you will
receive your student welcome pack, which contains a detailed syllabus.
Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your welcome pack, but note that
it may take longer during busy periods prior to exams.
Applicants for the Pre MBA course need to have the following: an equivalent
diploma and work experience, a UK Honours degree or overseas equivalent
or other recognised qualifications of recognised bodies.
Global Education Management Ltd would necessary refer decisions on entry
suitability to the academic committee for a final decision.

The registration fee is on a yearly basis of £150 registration fee.

| Examination Timetable |
|
Examinations are set and moderated by Global Education Management Ltd (GEM).
GEM works together with accreditated training centres and approves all
assessments. The academic board sample assessments and work performed
by students. Each centre is visited annually. All examination papers are
administered through GEM and marked and inviligated by GEM approved personnel.
All centres are given procedures and guidance in the form of a downloaded document.
Examinations are held four times a year: March, June, September and December
and by special arrangement with GEM.
When students have successfully passed all modules they will be issued
the Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration.

| Before the Examination |
|
You can sit as many assessments and examinations as you wish but ensure
you remain fresh and prepared for the examinations.
All students will given a candidate number on submission of the examination
fees which they need to take with them with a form of ID so that the inviligator
can check the students in on the day of examination.

| Closing Dates |
|
Student must enrol on the start of their studies and a month after must
complete their examination entries which need to be returned with payment
to be passed from approved centres to GEM. Entries received less than
two months before your examinations will attract a £25 UK Sterling late
fee per subject. No entries will be accepted within 1 month of the examinations.
The forms will be returned.

Please request an examination form and ensure payment is made by cheque
or bankers draft. Return this to your centre who will act as coordinator
for sending the forms and payments to us. Ensure that you put your registration
numbers on the back of the cheques or bankers draft with any covering notes.

| Results |
|
Will usually be issued within 1 month of examinations. The examination
boards decision is final and no further appeal is available. If their
are outstanding monies, we will not issue your certification or confirmations.
We grade papers on the following basis: distinction, merit, pass and fail.
The pass mark is 40%-54%, 55-69% merit and distinction above 70%. We issue
grades and not percentages. You can resit exams as long as you have not
been banned due to misconduct. You will need to maintain your annual student registration fee.

| Non-Attendance |
|
Examination fees are not refundable if a student does not attend an examination.
Conduct During the Examination
No books, dictionaries, written material, programmable calculators, electronic
dictionaries, personal organisers or other electronic aids are allowed
in the examinations. Their possession will result in disqualification from the examinations.
Candidates who break regulations or commit any misconduct during an examination
will be disqualified from the examinations and all their scripts from
that session will be cancelled.
